What it is
Boot Camp at BREAKTHRU is a four-week program of fitness instruction, nutritional guidance and team motivation.
Each day, camp will be one hour in length, motivating and inspiring.
Although training takes place in a team environment, you will receive a personalized fitness assessment, fitness guidance and nutritional coaching to help you reach your individual goals. All Boot Camp Classes are led by certified and experienced fitness professionals. Each coach is committed to your success. Our program offers the opportunity to meet new friends whose health and fitness goals are similar to yours. We provide you with a supportive fitness community and offer educational opportunities that you cannot find through any other program.
What you can expect
At the Boot Camp at BREAKTHRU, you can expect to increase your muscular strength while raising your metabolism. By following our unique "metabolic training" approach to fat loss, you will see faster results.
You can also expect to strengthen your "core" by following our functional program design.
You will have fun and be motivated to achieve all your fitness and fat
loss results because you're joined by others who are achieving the same goals you want to achieve.
In summary, you will lose fat, gain shapely lean muscle tone, increase your cardiovascular fitness level, strengthen your "core" and achieve much higher energy levels all while having FUN.
What is the cost and how do I sign up?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $250 for 12 hours of instruction! That's only a little over $20 an hour!! Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price?
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration information you will be notified to make an appointment.
What if I am not physically fit?
NO ONE will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Women & men of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. We are here to support you and to ensure that everyone feels they are a part of the team. We meet you where you are and go from there!

Boot camp – Noun - A training camp for military recruits.
Boot camp wasn’t as harsh as military training but it was intense. When walking into boot camp you are nervous. The thoughts I had my first day were:
- What happens if I can’t keep up?
- Am I going to make a fool of myself?
- Can I really do this?
- I don’t want to upset Keith…..
Keith motivated me in various ways. I never thought I could survive boot camp but I pulled through by motivating myself as well. Keith made me set goals for myself and try to hit them. This made the time go by fast!
The group of women I was with were awesome! Everyone worked hard and the days flew by.
I lost 10 pounds in four weeks and had fun doing it. Don’t get me wrong – boot camp is hard work but it can be fun if you walk in with the correct mindset and you will see amazing results!
The one piece of advice I can give to those thinking about boot camp is – Don’t psych yourself out! Boot camp is a self-paced workout. You have to go to the stations but you can choose how heavy your weights are. As the days go by push yourself to do better than the last. Give boot camp a shot – you will be amazed at what you are able to do by the end of it!

For those of you who are reading this and trying to decide if boot camp is right for you, my suggestion is to go for it! I have tried many different workouts and have been searching for the "ONE." Well, boot camp is it!
It is fun, exciting and very effective. Keith Scott is a very knowledgeable trainer and I truly like his style of training. Keith is upbeat, positive and a masterful motivator! Under his direction, I have pushed myself harder and farther than I even thought possible. I have learned new ways to challenge myself from Keith and have finally attained the results I have craved but could never actually attain. I have completed two rounds of boot camp (four weeks each) and have lost a total of 21 pounds and 11 inches! I would highly recommend this class to anyone who is serious about changing their body and getting into shape.
